My 20+ years as an educator of at-risk children has provided me with unique skills that cent As we all know, communication is the foundation of any strong relationship. And to me, being a successful relator is very dependent upon being able to build strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers. Some important factors in developing such relationships: Being knowledgeable of the “personality” of neighborhoods that potential buyers are considering. This would include familiarity with such issues as crime and safety statistics, quality of school districts, accessibility to urgent health care, reliability of public transportation as well as any other concerns that may be brought to question. Being family-oriented, I sincerely believe that the most successful real estate agents must project a sincerity in their goal to find the right home for each family. Homes that will fit their lifestyles, needs, budgets. Believing in myself as being a sincere “people person,” I realize that the “game plan” always must have the best interests of potential buyers as the key ingredient in customer-client compatibility, for real estate is about relationships as much as it is about the properties.er on communication.
